About me
Pam studied at the HAN University of Applied Sciences and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Medical Laboratory Research, specialisation Biochemistry. During her Bachelor’s programme she did her minor (pre-master) in Medical Biology, 2017, Radboud University, Nijmegen, The Netherlands and two internships. The first, at the Canisius-Wilhelmina Hospital (Nijmegen, NL), where she did a study on Aspergillus sydowii and A. versicolor isolates (genotyping, identification and antifungal susceptibility study). The second, at the Wageningen University & Research (Wageningen, NL), where she studied the correlation between having a placenta, superfetation and multiple paternity in Poecilia Gillii. In 2019, Pam got a position as a laborant/research assistant in the group of prof. Wilhelm Huck. In her free time, she enjoys cycling, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
