About me
For my first master thesis, I joined the iGEM 2024 team miRADAR, to work on a miRNA based diagnostic test for multiple sclerosis. For my second master thesis, I worked on the development of new methods for the analysis of DNA-nanoparticle complexes. Lastly, during Master internship, I joined the Laboratory for Cell Mimicry at Aarhus University, where I worked on developing strategies for synthetic cell supported in vitro vascularization in semi-synthetic tissues. I wanted to combine this broad background, in a project contributing to the development of bottom-up synthetic cells, for which I joined the Huck group as part of the EVOLF consortium. My project focuses on developing methods for controlling genome expression in cell-free systems, with a focus on the analysis of translation.
Interests
Synthetic cells, cell-free protein synthesis, gene expression
