About me
After growing up in the beautiful Scottish highlands, Anna moved to Glasgow in 2018 to begin a 5 year integrated Master’s degree in Chemistry at the University of Glasgow. This included a 9-month internship within the Huck group in 2021-2022 where she designed photo-switchable inhibitors for use in enzymatic reaction networks. A year later, after completing her degree, Anna returned as a Ph.D. student and is now continuing work on enzymatic reaction networks and their application as physical reservoir computers. Aside from chemistry, Anna’s interests include crochet, travelling, and watching bad horror films.
